Nursing Director
Marilou Norada, BSN, RN is the Nursing Director at Shifa Dialysis LLC, where she oversees and directs the overall nursing operations, and ensures the facility’s compliance with clinical regulatory standards. She is responsible for developing strategic plan to achieve the facility’s organizational goals. She played a pivotal role in restructuring and optimizing the nursing processes at Shifa Dialysis LLC, resulting in a notable improvement in the dialysis patients’ satisfaction.
With more than 10 years of experience in nursing, Marilou is highly skilled in fostering positive relationships with patients and peers, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are maintained. She finds fulfillment in educating and caring for patients who suffer from end stage renal disease. She is focused on assuring that dialysis patients are getting the optimal dialysis care by teaching patients the proper dialysis techniques, educating patients on kidney disease management with regimens suitable on their needs, and monitoring patient’s response to treatment.
